A 4-week program for people who are medically cleared — but still living in fear of their own heart.
At 21, I had open heart surgery to repair a large hole in my heart — after a failed catheter procedure. I woke up with a scar down my chest, a heart that still threw extra beats, and a brain that wouldn't stop scanning for danger.
A few years later, my first episode of SVT hit. My heart took off and my life shut down. For two years, I avoided everything — exercise, travel, being alone. I was alive, but I wasn't living.
What brought me back wasn't another test, another ER visit, or another reassurance. It was learning to trust my heart again through movement, structure, and honest confrontation with the fear.
Today I exercise daily. I live fully. And I built Steady Rhythm because I know exactly what it's like to be cleared by every doctor and still feel trapped.
— Steady Rhythm
Why your brain won't stop scanning. How anxiety hijacks a cleared heart. The pattern you're stuck in — and why knowing it changes everything.
The pulse-checking, the Googling, the Apple Watch obsession. We dismantle the safety behaviors that feel protective but keep you stuck.
Structured, gradual re-engagement with exercise. Not "just push through it." A real framework for trusting your body again.
How to sustain the shift. What to do when the fear comes back. Building a life where your heart is your engine — not your enemy.
